We provide IT and software development services, including but not limited to website development, mobile app development, CRM/ERP solutions, MLM software, digital services, and custom software development.

2. Project Start & Payments

  • All projects begin only after an initial advance payment agreed mutually.
  • Clients must provide all required content, materials, credentials, and information before the project begins.
  • Milestone or final payments must be made as per the quotation or agreement.
  • Delays in payment may result in project delay or suspension.

3. Revisions & Deliverables

  • Revisions are limited to the number mentioned in the quotation or proposal.
  • Additional revisions or feature changes will be charged separately.
  • Delivery timelines may change based on client response and scope updates.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All source code, scripts, and development frameworks remain the property of Buzz Deal Services.
  • Usage rights are granted to the client upon full payment.
  • Clients may not resell, distribute, or misuse any deliverables without permission.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project, business, and technical information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

6. Refund Policy

  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if considered, will be at the sole discretion of Buzz Deal Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Buzz Deal Services will not be liable for any loss, damage, or business impact arising out of service use, delays, or technical issues beyond our control.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools such as hosting, APIs, payment gateways, etc. We are not responsible for failures or issues arising from third-party services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made on time
  • Terms are violated
  • Misuse or illegal activity is suspected

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
